I put in the repair ticket.  Did you and Alex read over the precis on the Jackson materials?  Here is the letter to Boyd.

Dear Mr. Boyd,

Their Graces, the Duke and Duchess of Manchester requested I send you the following precis on the tapes made by his Grace of Michael Jackon. The two knew each other from the early 80s until Mr. Jackson's death.
