Request for Mailing Address in the Nevada Department of Corrections for Alexander, 13th Duke of Manchester

We received a request on how to get in touch with Alexander from a Reader.  Exploring this question we discovered it will take from 30 - 45 days for Alex to have an address in the penal facility where he now resides.

We do not think it was Laura who inquired, but who knows?

In any case, we will pursue this and publish the information here.  Perhaps Her Majesty, Elizabeth, Queen of the United Kingdom, will have some words of advice for the boy.

After the Lies and Evasions.....

A reader sent me the information that Alex plead guilty on January 14th. His attorney must have had a chat with him about the consequences of doing otherwise.  May he enjoy the three hots and a cot.

SEBASTIAN SHAKESPEARE:I plotted to behead Duke of Manchester, says Australian model ex-wife in extraordinary disclosure

From:  Daily Mail

NOTE:  Read the entire article via the link.  Marian is finally telling her story.  Let's hope it gets into a book.  Horrible!

Alexander Montagu, 13th Duke of Manchester, currently awaiting transfer to High Desert State Prison, Nevada, may feel aggrieved that he's facing a five-year stretch for attempted burglary.

In fact, he's lucky to be alive at all, according to an extraordinary disclosure by his first wife, Australian former model Marion Stoner.

She explains that when pushed to 'breaking point' by his relentless stalking after their short-lived marriage ended, she plotted to kill him, arming herself with a fishing line and shotgun.

Dukes of Disgrace: Alexander Montagu’s bad behaviour runs in the family

From:  Express

BRITISH aristocrat Alexander Montagu is jailed in the US for attempted burglary. It’s his third spell inside. Then again crime runs in the family…

Tell someone you’re a duke and it conjures up pictures of ermine and family mottos, days spent in the House of Lords and weekends at your country estate. What it does not call to mind is shackles and a prison sentence. But that is the fate of the current Duke of Manchester, who has just been put away for attempted burglary in the United States for up to five years.

At least you can’t deny that the 13th duke has the sense of tradition so commonly found in aristocratic families – except in his case it involves being sent down. Both his father and his great-uncle also served time.
Was ever a dynasty so dodgy? Alexander Charles David Drogo Montagu’s latest little difficulty comes about after a lifetime of finding himself in hot water on several different continents. The 13th Duke of Manchester, 54, is currently being held in Clark County jail before being sent to High Desert State Prison, Nevada, which also once housed O J Simpson under its roof. MORE

SEBASTIAN SHAKESPEARE: Disgraced Duke of Manchester is jailed for five years: Shamed aristocrat shackled for U.S. court hearing over attempted robbery Read more: http://www.dailymail.co.uk/tvshowbiz/article-4157978/SEBASTIAN-SHAKESPEARE-Disgraced-Duke-jailed.html#ixzz4WsybbIe8 Follow us: @MailOnline on Twitter | DailyMail on Facebook

NOTE:  It is nice to see British publications giving Alex the visibility this event he so richly deserves.  Let us not forget he also filed a false police report, threatened a family who lived above him with a gun in his prior apartment in Las Vegas, and committed over outrages to honesty, decency, and good taste.

But he is also a guilty party in a conspiracy to ensure my death, a venture in which he was joined by Dan O'Dowd, President of Green Hills Software, Inc., who with Craig Franklin, my former husband, began the conspiracy in a 'Throw Mama From The Train' deal wherein Dan ensured I did not get my marital share of stock in the company in exchange for Craig organizing the walk out of critical personnel necessary for him to buy out the company, then valued at $350 Million, for a measily $47 Million;

No statute of limitations due to the accompanying attempt to ensure I did not live to create problems for them.  Green Hills Software is now worth over $20 Billion, with wholly owned subsidiaries woth several times that amount.  Aren't you glad Dick Cheney helped them become government contractors to the Department of War.  Err. Defense?

The Dukes of Manchester have shamed the aristocracy down the generations, but Alexander Montagu looks set to eclipse them all with his nefarious behaviour.

Appearing in shackles, His Grace the 13th Duke of Manchester has been sentenced to five years in prison in the U.S. for attempted burglary.

The reprobate aristocrat will be held in the Clark County jail before being delivered to High Desert state prison, Nevada, an establishment whose alumni include O.J. Simpson.

Man claiming to be a British royal will face prison time in Nevada

From:  3News Las Vegas

by Craig Fiegener
Tuesday, January 24th 2017

A 53-year-old man who claims to be a British royal will spend up to five years in a Nevada prison.
Alexander Montagu-Manchester pleaded guilty to a burglary charge in a break-in at a home in July, filing a false police report, and to a misdemeanor of driving under the influence of drugs. If convicted during a trial, he could have been sentenced to 14 years in prison.
In a rambling statement, Montagu-Manchester blamed the criminal case largely on a troubled marriage. His public defender asked that Montagu-Manchester be released on probation, but Judge Douglas Herndon said the defendant deserved prison.  MORE
NOTE:  And so it appears that Laura has been spared the agony of being divorced as it is unlikely this will happen if no one stepped in and filled out the paperwork for Alex.  In this case she is still the Duchess, although rather more tarnished than previously.  She is also likely to have a claim on the monthly stipend extruded by the Trust for the benefit of Alex, unless, again, he had the unprecedented foresight to have this taken care of by some competent individual.
And parole in 14 months is not likely as there were multiple offenses and he continued to stalk at least one of his victims.
So what will Laura do now?  I suspect she is going to do all possible to get the money and use the time to either write her story, with major injections of imagination, or save the money and find another cushy spot for herself with another guy.
Time is telling on Laura.  Alex, on the other hand, will have time to show his outrage.  That should be interesting all around.
And for the decent aristocrats in Britain - it is time to see about removing the title and doing the right thing by Alex's children.

Google Alert - Duke of Manchester

NOTE:  The article also quotes Laura the soon to be former wife of the completely disgraced Alex, 13th Duke of Manchester, as saying about the Duke's daughter by his marriage to Wendy Montagu, "‘You look just like your mother a dark ugly girl.’ The Duchess for a Day or so, Laura went on to say, ‘Your mother is under investigation for hireing [sic] someone to kill your father you can verify this with the LV [Las Vegas] police.’

The truth and Laura have never been introduced so this should surprise no one.

In less than three weeks’ time, Alex Montagu, 13th Duke of Manchester —currently sporting an ankle bracelet as a condition of house arrest in his adopted city of Las Vegas — will be sentenced for attempted burglary.

So it might be presumed that his wife would welcome their impending divorce, which the 54-year-old Duke fashionably announced via Facebook.

On the contrary, however, the Duchess — an American known as Laura Smith until becoming the Duke’s third wife in 2007 — appears to be struggling to come to terms with her imminent diminished status.
