The Tap Dancing Duke has managed to pull out another Big Stall by telling the court he needed back surgery and various other whiny lies.

FACT: He suffered no injuries in Thailand but returned with a suitcase full of condoms.

FACT: He had surgery on his colon because he wanted to lose weight. He suffered no after effects, except to squander money which should have been used on his family.

FACT: Alex had a butt lift which he failed to care for properly in 2007, which resulted in an open wound used to horrify the court in Orange County while the divorce with Wendy was going on there.

FACT: He has refused to supply any proof for any of these claims at any time. 

 

FACT: The 2007 divorce was filled with demands for continuances by Alex, who claimed he needed to find new counsel. This might have been true at some points, as his attorney's are included to return retainers to get rid of him.

FACT: He shamelessly used the court in Orange county in a barrage of attempts to force Wendy to pay him alimony and gain custody of her children when he knew, had always known, he had committed bigamy against her and could not sue for alimony. 

FACT: Alex used Wendy to gain legal status for staying in the U. S. though this act of fraud.  He is still an illegal alien. 

FACT: Alex allowed Wendy's income to be garnisheed, because she was believed to be his wife, for his debts. He has never paid any of his debts to Wendy, either for the damage he intentionally did to rental houses, for bounced checks, or to be in compliance with the orders of the court in Orange County.

Alex will, again, face the bar of justice on August 13^th, 2013, allowing him time to revel in his signal ability to stall his way to the hope SOMETHING will intervene. Alex always stalls, tap-dancing and lying every inch of the way.

We have printed some of this before, but it is always appropriate to remind our readers of Alex's prior attempts at 'tap dancing' when he is facing jail time for one or another of his frauds, thefts, and other crimes.

Here is The Tap-dancing Duke with co-conspirators Laura, Doxie of Manchester, and Dan O'Dowd, all looking smug, as usual. We would have included Craig, Morgan, John Fund, Karl Rove and Dick Cheney but, really it would have been too, too ugly.

We all know how close the forenamed are to each other, without eliciting any more nasty images.

I just wanted to let you know I am having a triple spine fusion on my lower spine tomorrow and in the middle of my back a fusion of just 2 disks

They had to rebuild my Right sholder last week to remove a bullet from when I was in Thailand with the Russian and FBI work.

Note: Wendy, to whom he was married at the time of his little jaunt to Thailand, said he was suffering from no bullet holes or other injuries when he returned. He did, however, have a lot of condoms in his baggage.

I do have the original film of the take down of Roger Wilson and a original recording of the NSA trying to get me to poison Eriksson I have given copy's of items and many others to the Feds when I met with them yesterday they have also had someone fro me the justice department take and note all sorts of statements etc so Alexander and Ash get back the title they have also been given so much more about the trustees and everything going back to the late 40's Laura is going on to fight for the kids rights and not all of the other bullshit

Note: This is more of Alex's rich fantasy life. It never happened.

There is a very small chance I will walk again.

Note: Alas, he will probably be both walking and running for the hills from now until he reenters the court, again claiming to be handicapped, which he certainly is morally, being a psychopath, but not physically.
