From: Cincinnati Magazine COMMENT - Wow. Now we see how early bigamy, infidelity, profligacy and other nasty habits started in the Montagu family. Thank goodness Alex's sibs and kids are different.
You have heard the story: A Cincinnati heiress marries into a noble but cash-strapped British family.
Fans of the PBS Masterpiece Classic television series Downton Abbey
will recognize the marriage at the center of the saga. Cincinnati
heiress Cora Levinson (Elizabeth McGovern) married Robert Crawley, the
7th Lord Grantham (Hugh Bonneville), to resolve his family's financial
problems.
But Downton Abbey fans may not know that a story identical
to this unfolded in Cincinnati in 1900. A British lord really did marry a
Cincinnati heiress to resolve his family's financial problems. From
there, however, reality intervened.

The heiress in question was Helena Zimmerman, born in 1878 to
Cincinnati railroad magnate Eugene Zimmerman and his wife, Marietta
Evans. Helena's father, Eugene Zimmerman, was born in Vicksburg,
Mississippi, where his father owned a factory. He was orphaned at 13,
and came to Ohio to attend Kenyon College. When the Civil War broke out,
the factory Eugene inherited from his father was burned down. Now
penniless, Eugene enlisted in the Union Navy. He served with
distinction, and was promoted often. He left the service as a
20-year-old lieutenant. By investing wisely, Eugene acquired extensive
holdings in oil, which he sold to John D. Rockefeller's Standard Oil
Company, gaining a substantial block of stock and a seat on the
company's board. He then plowed his profits into a number of successful
railroads. At the time of his daughter's marriage, he was worth an
estimated $10 million. (With inflation, that would be about $280 million
today.) The Zimmerman mansion still sits at the southeast corner of
Auburn and McMillan.
Helena was Eugene and Marietta's only child. The couple married in
1876. Helena was born in 1878 and was only four years old when her
mother died of peritonitis in 1882. Helena was sent to France for her
education and lived there for many years, becoming proficient in fencing
and horsemanship. By 1900, she was described as "one of the most
beautiful young women" in the summer resort at Narragansett, Rhode

The Melinda and Wendy
The black Bentley Limo rolled up to the
curb at St. James Episcopal Church after circling the block. Inside,
the jump seat emptied as Lady Wendy, Viscountess Mandeville, stepped
out of the car wearing a deep blue dress, banded in narrow white
accents at the neckline and sleeves.
People were quietly filing into the
church. Lady Wendy paused, taking in the sense of mourning.
Next out of the Bentley was her
husband, Lord Alexander, Viscount Mandeville, followed by Michael
Jackson.
Lady Wendy later had a hard time
remembering who else she saw. From the time she had heard Princess
Diana had died of her injuries she had been caught up in shock. The
things which stayed with her were the vivid moments which resonated
with her own sense of loss and shock.
On the way home from a friends she had
seen automobiles stopped at the side of the road. One driver's head
was down on her steering wheel, crying. Walking into her home, next
to the 405 Freeway in Costa Mesa, a 900 square foot, two bedroom
condo, with one tiny bath, she felt numb. She had never met Diana,
never imagined she would – but knowing she was in the world had
become a bright place on her horizon.
As the week unfolded Wendy followed
every piece of news.
When Diana had married in 1981 it had
seemed like a fairy tale, a girl finding true love, something Wendy
had also, like so many girls, begun to dream of. As her own life had
moved forward Wendy had also understood the shocks Diana had endured
as her marriage unraveled into something very different.
Staying up through the night of the
funeral service, tears streaming down her face, Wendy had grieved
with most of the world for the People's Princess, as her husband,
Lord Alex snored beside her, just as he had when she woke him to tell
him Diana had died of her injuries on August 31st.
When Alex called Wendy at work with the
news there would be a memorial service in Los Angeles, several days
later, had seemed like a chance for closure, to say goodby. Calling
her at work was something Alex did not seem to be able to help doing.
Not working himself, he was a stay-at-home mom to their son, Alex,
Jr.
Wendy's job as a receptionist at a
prestigious law firm provided a sanctuary from a marriage which had
rapidly devolved into a nightmare. The job also keep the rent paid,
when Alex actually decided to write a check. Wendy enjoyed her time
at the office, where life was more normal, she had been there since
she was 20 years old.
As Alex told her about the service
Wendy felt slightly giddy. Marriage to an English peer had been
starkly without any of the accoutrements of glamor or privilege
before. They could barely afford their small condo and the bills were
never really entirely paid.
To somehow be closer to the woman who
had inspired her, and so many people around the world, this would be
worth remembering.
Alex had called to tell her, as he
often did, he was going to see a 'business associate,' who did
detailing on high end cars near Beverly Hills. Wendy no longer wanted
to know what kind of 'business' Alex was into anymore. Too much water
under that bridge. Just a few weeks before Alex, Jr. was born in 1993
Alex had called to tell her he was, 'alright.' and the accident was
not his fault. As it turned out, it was his fault. He had totaled her
last car, a modest but sturdy Nissan, which she had proudly bought
new. Alex used her insurance money to put a down payment on the
Jaguar he wanted. She had to dig into her 401K to prevent it from
being repossessed, soon after the baby was born.
But when the phone rang a couple of
hours later in her word day his voice was filled with real
excitement.
“Wendy! You are not going to
believe this. My friend Mark at the detailing shop, has talked to
Michael Jackson and he wants to come with us to the Memorial Service,
and bring Elizabeth Taylor.”
The next days were
chaos. Liz had not been able to make it, but Michael had met them at
the detailing shop so they could drive, together, to St. John's for
the service. Later, a letter of apology, and flowers arrived from Ms.
Burton. Wendy, as was their practice, wrote the thank you note for
Alex to send.
It was as if she
had entered another world. Listening to the service, Michael Jackson
sitting beside her, seemed unreal at first. Then, the words of the
hymn brought back the enormity of Diana's death and the reality of
her own very different life. She tried to stop the tears but they
began to well up in her eyes. She felt as a shock of understanding
and comfort, Michael's touch as, sensing her pain, he put his arm
around her back and gave her a warm and gentle hug.
After the memorial
ended, the minister leaned in, speaking briefly to Michael. They were
to leave out of the rear of the church. The media had been notified
of his presence.
Walking out into a
blaze of cameras Wendy felt like the proverbial deer in the
headlights.
Then, they were
walking into the suite at the Hyatt Alex had managed to get by
telling the management, yet again, he was the Ambassador for the
Royal Family. Briefly, Wendy cringed. She knew well he had never met
any one of them.
The next two hours
were magic, as Michael played hide and seek with Little Alex as his
father filmed and made comments.
From some deep
place within her Wendy knew why it was important to Michael to be at
the service, as it was for her. Diana represented a way out of the
quagmire which was life for so many, no matter how poor, or how
privileged.
This is a story which will take you through the full spectrum of emotions.
The mish-mash below is, doubtless, a
response to my last post, PsychoBusting
for Freedom, on the direction we are now taking on the issue of
psychopathy. Please re-read this.
I went to the trouble of responding to
this inane offering because it illustrates the fact the GHC cannot
understand the difference between their assaults on the English
language, entirely absent any of the evidence demanded, and believe
their unsupported assertions to be sufficient. They have, however,
generously provided more evidence of slander and libel, now in the
hands of counsel.

court evidence of Craigs supposed BS and slander you post about
Craig Franklin everyday!
MELINDA - This one will be responded
to with a major article titled, “The Strategies of Sexual
Deviants and Psychopaths,” it
was already in production as part of the screen play. Our PR agency
in New York will put it out. Craig provides an excellent example of
deviant behavior allied with long term planning to achieve his goal,
raping a little girl who trusts and loves him. Normal men do not
read Incest
Porn. Normal men also do not attempt to obtain unsupervised
visitation with a grand-daughter, ignoring their grand-son, while
the children's father is facing charges of having hired a hit man to
kill the children's mother. Craig's son, Jonathan Scott Franklin
is now serving time in prison in California for this offense. See

panties in the wringer on this because neither of them ever
graduated from high school. My diploma is in a file, where it will

MELINDA - I edited no film, being
focused on producing the sales material. Emails exist to document
this. Raye has them, as she did the work. I have conveyed your
demand to her, though she has provided these to you in the past.
How long it takes to edit a film is not directly related to the
length of the finished film, however. While most features are only
90 minutes, rest assured, editing takes far longer even when the
film is professional quality, which this film was most assuredly
not. The unedited film can be viewed here, where it has been in
public view since Uploaded
on Sep 18, 2009, and therefore not protected by
copyright.
To have lied about the potential of
legally selling rights to the film constitutes fraud against myself,
Raye Allen, and any and all potential buyers and is being reported
to the authorities. The film was stolen from Wendy Buford Montagu,
who was, is, and remains, its sole owner.
4). What is your
tax ID number the Duke donated his computers he need to write them
off.
MELINDA - The three 'donated' computers were
worthless, costing Raye to transport and then to have repaired,
which proved to be impossible. Thus they represented another fraud,
which she overlooked knowing she could not squeeze blood out of the
Rock of the Manchesters. Raye has the records and will respond on
her own behalf.
WENDY - That’s
right, I thought it was funny that Alex needs your tax id or whatever
so he can report his donation for TAX PURPOSES!!! He doesn’t file
taxes!! Why would he??? He doesn’t work! He doesn’t claim what he gets
from the trust, never did! That’s just crap.

MELINDA – Very slowly, driving only
during daylight hours when it was safe. I have never said I was
unlicensed to drive. I have no cat. Arthur has one cat, Meow. The

nasty little psychopath for two close relatives she knows perfectly
well are disabled.

MELINDA - Raye's business is not
failing. Her dogs are her little surrogate children and she clucks
a lot. Her health is much improved this last year, thank goodness.
Raye assisted the Manchesters
financially for quite some time and this is documented. No person
with a conscience would have either written this or contributed to
it.
7). Where are raylans friends
and family LEE SMITH, AMANDA SMITH, AND THE BABY AND THE REST OF THE
CLAN THAT HELPED RAYLAN MOVE ACROSS THE COUNTRY? AFTER MELINDA

MELINDA – Melinda did not kick
anyone out. They were gone when she arrived. Raye can explain her
reasons more completely, and I'm sure she will be delighted to post
the records, along with police reports, and other evidence, as it
has certainly been compiled during her attempts to recover her
stolen property.
Raye asked me to tell you she is going
to produce comprehensive documentation and renew her attempts for
collection. Just so the Smiths know.

– why? My debts were caused by the GHC, with the intention of
killing me, to which facts Morgan has testified under penalty of
perjury.

MELINDA – Yes, they are on my list.
It is a thorough list, which I will not publish as it includes many
people who have helped me who would not like to be attacked for
assisting me. There is a second list as well. That list includes
people who assisted the GHC. They will also receive some more
focused attention soon.

We did discuss the possibility of my
working for him as a campaign manager. If your slanders and libels
resulted in this not happening you have provided proof of tortuous
interference with my work and are thus open to charges both criminal
and civil. I have not discussed this with Fanning as I have been
busy with your ugly behavior in other areas.

Since our conversations were entirely
composed of listening to Alex talk about himself as I took notes and
struggled to keep him on the point, one shudders to imagine having
to listen to them yet again. Curious how the GHC bounce back and
for the between, “we only talked to her a few times and
thousands of hours of tape,” however. Reality is tough for
psychopaths.

yourselves, yet again. Raye returned the originals to Alex, at his
request and at her own expense. The materials she, herself, produced
are work product for which she was not paid. Additionally, the work

percentage upon sale and this could not legally take place for the
following reasons. This was also a fraud for which the Rock of
Manchester will most likely not be charged as he is entirely without
funds and squeezing harder would only cost Raye yet more money.
As stated previously, the materials are
not under copyright, having been previously published on You Tube.
The films are the sole property of
Wendy Buford Montagu, who received them as her only gift on the
occasion of her 10th Anniversary. Gifts are sole property
of the recipient. That Alex admits to having stolen them simply
proves the crime which he committed.
The idea behind PsychoBusting is to provide a through line for information making it impossible for the psychopathic to continue their predatory behavior. This depends on making evidence available, which comes in all kinds. Just the Evidence was started to fulfill this need.
Since it is annoying to remember where I parked documents I'm putting all those relating to the events chronicled on the five sites linked to Just the Evidence, plus more I could not decide where to put.
