Emails from Wendy Montagu to Raye Allan, December 1, 2011

After Raye cced me in her return email to Wendy, we started talking.  Wendy had been following Alex online because he continued to libel her and make harassing calls to her place of employment.  He also, routinely, called CPS, making false claims there.  Wendy has documented each of these contacts and retains the records, which can, and will, be produced if necessary.

I tried to tell you.  They deserve each other!  It sickened me, the interview you did with him.  Lies.  And what was really frightening to me is that his voice was so calm and controlled.  If you didn't know him you would believe him.  That's how a conman works.  How did you hook up with them?  They took money from you?  Let me tell you from what I know, he's all bark.  It's all intimidation.  I lived with it for years.  I was told if I ever left him he would make things miserable for me, and he did just that.  The kids and I have had to start our lives over from the bottom.  I'm in financial ruin because I was the wife.  Garnishments, due to him not paying for services, then because I work they have something to attach.  He's a gutter rat that hides out.  Uses alias's.  He believes he works for the FBI, I have spoken to the agent he refers to as Coleman.  So has a partner with my firm, as Alex has tried to have me fired on numerous occassions.  He's tells a lie so long that he begins to believe them.  It's crazy, he's crazy and Laura seems to be suffering the same ailment.  She's all about the title.

You are right about Alex sounding so calm and reasonable during the interview. But after relistening to it, I took it down. It’s no longer available. On re-listening, I could tell something funny was going on. This was before anything had blown up, it was while Melinda and I were still working on selling the home videos of you and young Alex and Michael Jackson.

Alex went nuts just as we were getting ready to make the first approach to the media with the videos. I had never seen that side of him. He accused Laura of stealing his Michael Jackson video.

At first both Melinda and I were on the phone with Laura. We couldn’t believe what we were hearing. Then Alex called me and I hung up from Melinda and  Laura. The police were there. I talked to them. He told them Laura had stolen his Michael Jackson video. A knock came at the door and when the police opened the door, the video was lying on the  carpet.

That proved to the police that Laura was the only one who could have taken it… and returned it.

Alex filed for an annulment the next day. I paid for it because he was so agitated that I felt if I didn’t do it he might really go off the deep end.

I was still trying to hold him together so we could complete the business deal we were all involved in.

On Monday Alex filed for the annulment. I have a copy of the papers he filed. On Tuesday he sent me three computers that we swore only needed hard drives… and the MJ DVD.

 

Then he said he was driving up to see Melinda who lives in the mountains above Bakersfield. Melinda was going to make another webpage for him.

I never talked to him again. As the days and weeks wore on, I became certain  Laura had killed him and buried him in the desert in order to become the owner of the MJ DVD.

 

The package he mailed to me finally arrived. The computers were junk and couldn’t be fixed.

I started work on the DVD. It was an unknown format which required that I buy three programs in order to convert it. As I was converting, I realized what an ass Alex was to you. I could see it in the way he always took the most unflattering shots of you including one that moves slowly into you face ending up showing the pores in your nose. That did for me!! No one does that to a woman!!

The more I thought about who owned these videos, the more I felt that you and Alex, Jr. should have as much rights to them as he does.

 

Do you know if they were listed in your divorce? If you don’t, you need to find out!

 

I sent the original to Alan Kidd in San Diego. I did this because Alex told me he was taking all of the MJ videos there to store them in Al’s temperature controlled vault.

Alex finally called me and said he was six hours away from me and not only did he want his MJ dvd but he wanted the 60 hours of work that I had done on it and if I didn’t give it to him he was authorized to use lethal force.

That was when I realized that he had probably pulled this scam or similar ones on numerous people bilking them out of various things.

Alex has no idea who Melinda and I are. After the lives we have lived, there is little that scares us and Alex certainly is not one of them.

 

Al Kidd has the MJ DVD but I have the clips that contained only the MJ part. If Alex wants those, he’s going to have to pay someone to do the converting that I did… and he doesn’t have that kind of money.

I think Melinda and you need to talk. She did hundreds of hours of interviews with him. She’s a reporter. The OJ Register reporter who did the story on you and the kids had heard of her and was very familiar with the paper she writes for.

I am cc-ing this to Melinda so she can see what I have already told you… and then hopefully the two of you can talk.

Alex is a very sick man. We don’t know enough to know if he was made this way or born this way. How sad for you and the children. The one thing Melinda and  I want to do before we bid this mess adieu is to prove that Alex was never married legally to Marion. We can find no records. We did find an annulment but it was not signed. We need to do this before we start advocating for his title to be removed and given to his son… NOT his brother! That is our mission now! Among other things!! But when we set our goal on things, we accomplish them… in time of course!!

 

And you’re right… Laura’s all about the title… but what do you expect of an aging ex hooker with no other claim to fame.
