The Dolt Speaketh as the blather continues......

...this is one of the unhinged ones, leading us to wonder what is going on in the lives of the Dolt and Doxie.   Wendy, Marcus Scriven, and a growing number of other folks met because we were either writing about the ongoing crime spree of the Manchesters or had been victimized by the Dolt and Doxie.  None of us have actually met, keeping in touch via phone and internet.  

The number of journalists, world wide, now using this site as a resource continues to grow.  

Below is yet another example of the intellectually sparse but lurid imagination of the Minds of Manchester (or what passes for minds in individuals possessing  I.Q.s in the double digits.)  

The long sentence below puzzled both myself and Wendy as we could not understand what the Dolt was talking about.  Those sections will be identified with a Question Mark. (?)  Remarks are in RED.

These ongoing posting are made available to ensure the Manchester Crime Spree is finally brought to an end. A Public Service long needed.

 1992 – Meet: April 17th, Wendy and Alex

              Move in together: Late July,

              Pregnant: Wendy by Alex

1993  

            May 7th -Viscount Mandeville marries Wendy Buford, with whom he has been 

           living for some time.  The couple are already engaged.  Wedding takes place at 211 W. 

           Santa Ana Blvd., Santa Ana, 92701 Orange County, California.  A business associate  of

           Alex’s, John McDonald, acted as witness.  Marriage Certificate

           May 15th -  Born:  Alexander Michael Charles David Drogo
              Montagu.

1994
           The first of the five jobs held by Montague  was driving the shuttle Wyndham Hotel in Costa Mesa, in late 1994. The couple lived within walking distance. Alex, Jr. was less than a year old and Wendy was working full time and taking care of the household when she came home. This job lasted about a month, according to Wendy, who remembers he was excited about the tips. She also noted losing the job was never his fault. He showed no sense of having failed. 

1995

         The second Montagu job began, lasting two weeks and involved scraping barnacles off boats in Newport Harbor. Wendy had to drop him off and pick him up.

            

1996
            September 17 -Alex, at the insistence of his mother, Lady Mary Montagu, agrees to cooperation in a  divorce from his first wife, Marion Stoner Montagu. He has been bigamously married to Wendy Buford Montagu for over three years.  Although ordered to do so by his mother Alex does not repair matters and remarry Wendy. 

           October 28 - Divorce becomes  absolute

1997
     September 13 

           Alexander, Viscount of Mandeville,  and Wendy, Viscountess of Mandeville, attend the memorial service for Diana Princess of Wales at  St. James Episcopal Church in Los Angeles. There, they become acquainted with Michael  Jackson,  who returns with

them to their hotel room to visit with the family, which then includes their young son,

1999 - Born: 16^th June - Ashley Faith Maxine Nell Beatrice Montagu  (Ashley), in Aliso Viejo, CA at the time of her birth. Daughter of Alex and Wendy  Montagu. 
              The third job Montagu job.  Alex is driving a limo for a company whose name was something like “Five Star Limo.” This ended after less than a month when he ran over someone's foot, according to Wendy.

2002 – Died: 25 July Angus Charles Drogo Montagu, 12th Duke of Manchester, at age 63 

              Alex succeeded to the titles of 16th Earl of Manchester, co. Lancaster, title of 16th

              Viscount Mandeville, 13th Duke of Manchester, 16th Baron Kimbolton of Kimbolton. 
               The fourth Montagu job began while the couple was living in Irvine in early 2002. Alex became a security guard for Nordic Security and drove a patrol car wearing a standard uniform. Excited by this, he became very wrapped up in the job and, according to Wendy, Alex decided he was actually a police officer, buying extra uniforms in addition to a pair of handcuffs.

The handcuffs were used these on Wendy, one evening, dragging her down the hallway and bruising her badly during a disagreement. He lost the job because of an altercation while on patrol at a movie complex area in Lake Forest. 

Wendy understood the event which ended this employment was an altercation with a woman manager at the Movie theater and the manager's boyfriend. Alex did not confide in her further except to say he needed to break up a fight. He told Wendy he was shoved and hurt on the job, evidently this resulted in a claim for workman's compensation. Wendy believes the job lasted perhaps, a month.

2005

              

The fifth job was his longest and lasted nearly two months. 

Alex started training in November 2005 at Disneyland for the Indiana Jones Ride. Initially, he loved the work and made friends, occasionally having drinks after work. But evidently this also meant he did not have the money to pay the mortgage on the house they had finally managed to buy. After the family was evicted from the home Wendy had made for them the family moved to Laguna Nigel. This occurred around Valentine's day, 2006 while Alex was still working at Disneyland. This was the last job except a possible short stint at MacDonalds on the fry machine.

According to Wendy she knew of no serious avocational pursuits which occupied Alexander's interest.

2006 - Papers served: Early December - Legal Separation documents while the couple are               still living together as man and wife on Prescott Street, Aliso Viejo, CA. Papers were                   issued 16^th November 2006.

2007 

          January 5^th - Call to Wendy's workplace. Alex phoned her work and informed the other receptionist that he had issued a restraining order against her. This was followed up with a call from the sheriffs’ department that this action had been filed and she would be required to appear in court and answer to these charges. Alex’s claimed she had chased him around the house with a knife.

              Wendy was immediately evaluated by court appointed counselors to determine if she was a fit mother. It was determined that I could have unsupervised visitations with the children during the divorce proceedings. During the divorce all of the exchanges with the children were at the police station.

           August - Judge hears all the reports from CPS, the 730 evaluator and the psychologist. CPS indicated that they had observed one of the worst cases of Parental Alienation at the hands of Alex. August 23 - Alex lost all physical custody of the children.

                      30^th - Marriage between Wendy and Alex Montagu is dissolved, with some issues reserved.

            The children are sent them to her with nothing but the pajama’s they were wearing.

             September  The Duke of Hazard 

                         21st - Alex marries Laura Ann Smith, a spinster in her 40s whose father was a  farmer in Michigan, where she grew up. 

2008  

             September 15 - Judgement for Reserved Issues - Montagu v Montagu, Case No. 06D010327, Honorable Judge Mark S. Millard, Presiding - Reporter's Transcript of Judge's Ruling   Transcript documents physical custody residing with mother and the evasive actions taken by Montagu to evade revealing his financial status during divorce.  

2009           

               June 5^th  - Wendy learned Alex had been married at the time at the time of their wedding but had signed off on his previous marriage in August 1996, 3 years into they were married.  Alex never personally paid any court ordered child or spousal support.

              Soon afterward -  Laura calls Raye Allen, owner of Rumor Mills News, asking she take down an article an agent posted about Duke Alex's denial his children are  legitimate.  Laura lies to Raye, Raye, failing to check, takes down the article.

END Time Line

 IT HAS NOW COME TO ARE ATTENTION THAT THIS SLIMY CROOK IS TRYING TO EXTORT MONEY FROM THE TRUST ?

 AND IS SENDING OUT E-MAILS TO PEOPLE CLAIMING TO BE A AGENT FRIED OF MINE WITH THE FBI SO THE FBI IS NOW LOOKING INTO ARRESTING HER FOR SENDING E-MAILS WERE SHE CLAIMS SHE IS A PERSON FROM THE FBI.  ?

BACK TO THE JACKSON DVD THE DVD IS NOT EVEN 2 HOURES LONG SHE CLAIMS SHE SPENT 70 HOURES EDITING IT # Ah!  The Dolt is talking about Raye Smith's efforts to convert the tapes, stolen from Wendy Montagu, into a video which the Dolt could then sell, under pretense of owning them, thus attempting to profit from fencing stolen property.   The technology was old and Raye had to ascertain what form of conversion could be used.  The videography, performed by the Dolt, was lousy.

Please note the video in question has been publicly available online for any number of years.  It is in public domain. The Dolt neglected to mention this to Raye or myself, simply including us an unwitting accomplices in his ongoing fraud.  [Tape dated September 19, 2009, two years before Raye received a copy.]

THERE HAS BEEN A POLICE REPORT MADE 7 OR 8 MONTHS BACK THAT THE COPY OF THIS RECORDING WAS STOLEN

 AND IF YOU HAVE IT OR IT CAN BE PROVEN THAT YOU HAVE HAD IT, IT CAN THEN YOU WERE IN POSSESION OF STOLEN PROPERTY
No, this is returning property to the rightful owner.

If any man is meeting Laura it is probably about something very undercover.  In this case, the covers are bedcovers. 

(Presumably the FBI) THEY ARE ALSO AFTER HER  FOR THE MISSING OF A CPS WOMAN WHO WENT OVER A YEAR AGO TO CHECK ON HER MENTAL SON AND HER SELF AND SHE IS A MAJOR SUSPECT IN THE WAY SHE IS MISSING. ?

I ALSO PLAYED AND GAVE COPYS OF ALL THE VOICE MAILS FROM HER TO LAURA AND MY SELF AND THEY ALSO GOT A COPY OF THE TAPE OF THE CHILDREN THREATNING TO KILL LAURA AND MY SELF I EXPLAINED HOW I WANT CUSTODY OF ASHLEY AND THEY SAID TO ME THEY WERE GOING TO GIVE A COPY OF THERE REPORT TO CPS.

Tapes!  Yeah, now ask the Dolt to produce them.  Neither Raye, myself, or Wendy called him.  But HIS phone messages are now being processed to appear on You Tube,where they will receive the attention they deserve. 

I AM OING TO DO ALL I CAN TOGET CUSTODY OF ASHLEY BACK I CARE AND LOVE MY DAUGHTER AND MY CHILDREN YOU JUST MAKE UP LIES AND STORYES JUST FOR YOUR OWN GREED AND SELFISHNESS The Dolt's only interest in the two children is the money to be received from the Manchester Trust.  You can tell this is the case because as soon as Wendy stopped receiving support from the Trust for the elder, Alexs, Jr., now 19, all mention of him ceased. 

 I SPOKE WITH CPS THIS MORNING AND THEY ARE COMING AFTER YOU FOR YOUR FRAUD BY NOT REPLYING TO THERE LETTERS AND CLAIMING THAT YOU HAVE RECEIVED NO MONEY FROM THE TRUST OR ANY BODY AS ASSISTANCE WITH THE CHILDREN YOU HAVE ALSO BEEN GETTING 2 OR 3 TIMES THE AMOUNT YOU ARE SUPPOSED TO GET
Notice again the lack of any documentation.   See Court Transcript from 2008 which places both children in the sole, physical custody of their mother and orders support from the Dolt, which was never paid.

 Ahem.  Records of Stoner marriage, restraining orders, and Divorce, which took place after the Dolt persuaded Wendy to marry him.  

The matter was litigated in the Queen's Court on July 19, 2011 and it was found the two children of the marriage, who were named as defendants, were illegitimate due to the bigamous marriage but were, in any case, entitled to support from their father.  Payments, which had ceased since the Dolt, himself, informed the Manchester Trust of his bigamy in 2009, where resumed.
