WENDY MONTAGU RELEASE THE DUKE OF FINANCIAL RESPONSIBLITY BECAUSE THE DUKES TRUSTEES WERE PAYING HER FOR THE CHILDREN. SHE IS NOT REPORTING HER TRUE RECORD TO THE CHILD SERVICES IN ORANGE COUNTY CALIFORNIA NOT LOS ANGELES CALIFORNIA.

The document appearing is a notarization acknowledging Wendy, for former wife of the Dolt of Manchester, receives support for her children from the Manchester Trusts, this necessitated by the fact Alex ignored the court order he pay support, not only for their two children but to her.  Instead, he fled the state.  

September 15, 2008 - Judgement for Reserved Issues - Montagu v Montagu, Case No. 06D010327, Honorable Judge Mark S. Millard, Presiding - Reporter's Transcript of Judge's Ruling   Transcript documents physical custody residing with mother and the evasive actions taken by Montagu to evade revealing his financial status during divorce.  (Record notes The Dolt's non-payment of court ordered support along with his attempts to conceal his bank records which revealed he had in the neighborhood of a million dollars in the bank while demanded Wendy, a receptionist in a law office, pay him support.)

Employment History: Alexander Montagu

(Though the characterization of 'employment' is charitable to the extreme.)

 

  November 19, 2011 - Declaration to the FBI by Melinda Pillsbury-Foster  
              December 13 - Yola takes down Melinda's sites due to false accusations by Laura, Alex, and Craig Franklin. 

It is a fact you cannot squeeze anything useful out of a rock.  While The Dolt owes both myself and Raye Smith for services provided in expectation these would be compensated it is also a fact he never pays, in indigent,  and pursuing him would cost more than it would be possible to collect. 

This is not true for Craig Franklin, evidently now formerly Senior Vice President of Green Hills Software, Inc., who appears to have an ongoing relationship with His Grace the Dolt of Manchester and Her Grace the Doxie of Manchester, AKA Laura Ann Smith.  

 Jay E. Gell and Morgan Pillsbury Gell. 

 - are always ready to take advantage of the credulous, which no longer includes myself.  

Wendy and I have gone on to other matters but will, of course respond, if needed.  If substantially annoyed I will do more research on all the individuals above, providing facts, with documentation, for the public to view.
